“Learn to Lead” Collaboration Training for the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry

The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry commissioned Akordi to deliver the “Learn to Lead” collaboration and negotiation training for its staff. The two-part training series took place in Akordi’s facilities in November and December 2022. Eleven ministry officials participated in the training, which focused on skills and methods used to anticipate and resolve conflicts.The training used case studies from projects from within the Ministry’s administrative domain. The training provided participants with practical tools for conflict resolution and implementing change in their work.
