Emma Luoma
My educational background is in environmental politics and regional studies as I have a master’s degree on Administrative Studies from the University on Tampere. For my master thesis I studied the collaborative process of making a strategic forest program for the city of Jyväskylä.
I am interested in learning how collaboration can be used as a method to address the issues concerning sustainability and environmental conflicts. In my PhD I am currently studying the concept of collaborative capacity and how it could be increased in the context of finnish public management and environmental decision making.
