Irina Niinivaara

I am the Chief Operating Officer of Akordi, joining the team in 2024.

My work experience is in responsible business development and environmental management. In the past, I have also been responsible for building company collaboratin platforms with different kinds of industries. I have a master’s degree in recycling engineering.

At Akordi, I am responsible for ensuring that our work processes work well, so that the work of our team of experts is as smooth and fluent as possible. That way, the effectiveness of the work can grow and the team can flourish. I also support the rest of the team in our client projects. Communication is an important part of my role, as our aim is to raise awareness of the special nature of the work that Akordi does.
