Minna Näsman

I am the Development Director of Akordi, I joined the team in 2024.

I have a decade of business experience in the energy sector and a built up knowledge of communications as a journalist. Before joining Akord, I built and managed Finland’s national hydrogen economy network. I completed my PhD in theology on the role of life beliefs in environmental conflict.

At Akordi, I am responsible for building strategic stakeholder engagement services and expertise. I am responsible for a project to develop ways to anticipate and resolve conflicts in the green transition.
