Minna Näsman

I am a mediator at Akordi, joining the team in 2024.

I have a decade of business experience in the energy sector and expertise in communications gained as a journalist. Before joining Akordi, I built and managed a national hydrogen network for public actors in Finland. I wrote my doctoral thesis in theology on the role of life views in environmental conflicts.

In my work with clients, I help people and organizations engage in constructive and respectful discussions, particularly in green transition projects. My work also includes building strategic stakeholder cooperation services and expertise, as well as developing ways to anticipate and resolve green transition conflicts.
