Forum Virum pilot for Improving Collaboration in Clean Energy Projects

Open project database

Akordi is participating in a cooperation project between Finland and Estonia, in which we are improving local-level collaboration in clean energy projects.

During the summer of 2025, six pilots will address challenges common to Finland and Estonia as part of Forum Virium’s FinEst Twins project.

In our pilot, we will adapt our Green Transition Playbook to the needs of different stakeholders and various collaborative situations. Our tailored approach involves identifying key stakeholders, understanding their specific challenges, and providing actionable strategies to facilitate the adoption of clean energy technologies and practices.

Four stakeholder groups have been identified: project investors, municipal decision-makers, regional educational organizations, and development companies operating at the interface between municipalities and projects.

The pilots are all funded as part of the Finnish-Estonian innovation co-operation project FinEst Twins. It is an EU Horizon funded project strengthening the cross-border collaboration.
