Strategic stakeholder collaboration trainings for green transition projects
Open project database
In year 2025, Akordi offers six different course implementations that delve into stakeholder collaboration as a strategic element of a clean transition project, the principles of negotiated cooperation and conflict anticipation, and the implementation of strategic interaction in clean transition projects. Participants will also develop their personal skills in areas such as building collaborative relationships and trust, and preparing for challenging interaction situations.
Courses will focus on renewable energy and battery and hydrogen value chain projects, the mining sector and critical raw materials, and specific issues related to indigenous peoples’ rights.
The trainings are specifically targeted at green transition project developers and project stakeholders. Municipal officials, policy makers and people working in public authorities are also welcome to participate.
The training is funded by the European Union’s Recovery and Recovery Facility (RRF), the largest programme under the EU’s recovery instrument (Next Generation EU). The funding is provided to Akord by the Centre for Continuous Learning and Employment. The Service Centre promotes skills development and access to a skilled workforce for people of working age. The Service Centre is managed by the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Ministry of Employment and the Economy.
