Akordi trained the personnel of the Regional Council of Kymenlaakso with the ‘Learn to lead cooperation’ training in April 2024.

The training consisted of two days, during which the participants gained skills in cooperation between many actors and in planning and carrying out processes aimed at harmonizing different goals. The training delved into the basic principles, processes and personal skills of managing cooperation.

The aim of the training is for the participants to master the basic principles of stakeholder cooperation and coordination of interests and to be able to apply them in their own work to interaction situations involving internal and external actors of the organization.
