Akordi acts as a facilitator for the Priodiversity LIFE project’s WP3 site selection working group in autumn 2024 and early 2025. Working group includes representatives from the Centres for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment (ELY), Metsähallitus Nature Services, Metsähallitus Forestry Ltd, the Metsäkeskus Forestry Centre and the Ministry of the Environment.

Emma Luoma and Irina Niinivaara, experts from Akord, are responsible for planning and facilitating the discussions among the working group. The aim of the working group is to reach a consensus on the principles, procedures and timeframe for the selection and prioritisation of WP3 sites.
